After my recent success with an ultra-simple Grain-Free Bread (recipe HERE), when I stumbled upon an old bookmark for this Breakfast Bread recipe, I decided to combine the two and make a very simple spiced breakfast bread.
If you haven’t mixed up the Chai Spice Mix, than cinnamon (or any combination of the spices in the mix) would work in its place. Also, this bread has a strong spiced taste, like a gingerbread. For a less intense taste, simply cut the amount of spices you add.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chai spice mix (recipe HERE) or cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon ground vanilla beans or vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Coconut oil, for greasing
Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting.
- Serve and enjoy.
Grain-Free Spiced Breakfast Bread Recipe
1 cup creamy almond butter
4 eggs
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chai spice mix (recipe HERE) or cinnamon
2 teaspoon ground vanilla beans or vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Coconut oil, for greasing
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly mixed.
Pour batter into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting.
Serve and enjoy.
